Designed as self-study material, it allows participants to revisit the content anytime and is ideal for shorter training sessions, onboarding, or targeted topics. This option also includes two rounds of revisions to ensure the content is polished and aligned with your objectives.
Half-Day Workshop (Self-Study Format)
A comprehensive 40,000-word workshop that explores concepts in depth using case studies, exercises, and practical examples, presented in a textbook-style format for a full-day learning experience. Perfect for leadership development, compliance, risk management, or more advanced topics, this option provides a complete learning journey and includes two rounds of revisions to refine and perfect the material.
Full-Day Workshop (Self-Study Format)
Shorter, subject-specific modules ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 words, delivered in Google Doc or Word format for easy integration into existing programs. These are ideal for stand-alone lessons, refreshers, or niche topics that require clarity without the depth of a full workshop. Each module is custom-built around your content and includes one round of revisions to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Training Modules / Lessons
For larger programs, we develop a series of 3–48 workshops or lessons and design a cohesive training pathway with a structured curriculum. This includes curriculum mapping, consistent formatting and tone across materials, and a final program overview to support delivery or sale. Ideal for consultants, training providers, or organizations building complete programs such as leadership academies, DEI initiatives, or risk management frameworks.
